1. Eligibility and Website Use

2. Orders and Payments
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or product unavailability.
2.3 If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2.4 Product prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time an order is successfully placed will normally apply to that order.
2.5 Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout. Additional charges, if any, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
3. Product Information
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, artwork, sizes and prices accurately.
3.2 Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, fabric texture and the printing process.
3.3 Product measurements may have minor variations. Customers should review the available size guide before placing an order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days after receiving payment, subject to product availability and unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Estimated delivery times and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, courier partner and shipping method selected.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
4.4 UNFOLD APPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, courier disruptions, weather, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.5 Nothing in these Terms limits any customer rights available under applicable law for lost, damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered products.
5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
5.1 Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5.2 Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags, labels and packaging attached.
5.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size, preference or change-of-mind returns.
5.4 If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, applicable return shipping charges will be covered by UNFOLD APPAREL after verification.
5.5 Approved refunds will normally be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
5.6 Returns, exchanges and refunds are also governed by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
6. Order Cancellations
6.1 You may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.
6.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled according to our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
6.3 Customised, personalised or made-to-order products may not be cancelled after production has started.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All website content, including the UNFOLD APPAREL name, logo, product artwork, graphics, photographs, text, videos and website design, belongs to UNFOLD APPAREL or its respective licensors.
7.2 Such content is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
7.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute or use our content or product artwork for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
- Provide false information or impersonate another person;
